We’ve built this system for SemNexus, a company that partners with founders to build their products. They needed a web tool to create the snapshots of the apps they were working on, and would be published to both Apple and Google stores.
The applications allows the user to create snapshots adding the device’s frame, backrounds, do rotation of the device, add texts and custom fonts to it, do parallax backgrounds and many other features. In addition, the web app pulled images from unsplash so users could add assets without the need of a designer.
This platform is still in development, since the client wants to go beyond and monetize it allowing 3rd party users to subscribe and generate snapshots for their apps.
